IBI Design of ‘的枫树’ Shortlisted for RICS Awards

IBI Group-designed residential project 的枫树 in Sale, Manchester has been shortlisted for 年度最佳重建项目 in the upcoming 2018 Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) – North West Awards. 劳伦斯家园的旗舰方案 & Trafford Housing Trust is comprised of 34 residential apartments, 五个独立家庭住宅, 1,000 sq. m. of commercial floor space, associated car parking, cycle storage, and landscaping.

The project has made a significant contribution to the regeneration of the local area and has received unanimous support from Trafford Council and the local community.

“我们真的很高兴 的枫树 has been shortlisted for the Regeneration Award,” said Architect and Studio Director, Seamus Lennon. “It has been a great scheme to be a part of and we’re proud of the positive impact it will have on the local community.”

另外, all proceeds from the sale of the homes will be reinvested through Trafford Housing Trust’s ‘Profit for Purpose’ initiative to create new affordable housing across the borough.

This year’s regional RCIS Awards ceremony will take place at the Principal Hotel in Manchester on 27 April 2018. 与 的枫树, seven other projects are hoping to win in the category including:
